2020 is coming quickly!

The Holiday season is upon us and soon it will be 2020!

Hi, Jena Powell here, co-owner of Huntington Outdoor, and I can’t believe the year is almost over. Three years ago my siblings/business partners and I sat down to talk about the future for our company. At that time, we had a small amount of billboards across the Dayton region, but we had dreams to expand. We planned, calculated, and came up with a three-year plan for our Huntington. Each year about halfway through the year we had a moment that felt like, “Yikes, I hope we are doing the right thing!” But, because we had a plan we stuck with it, left emotion aside, and kept moving forward! Thank goodness we did, because through it all we have met so many of you. One of the best things I get to do is to hear your story and goals. They say once an entrepreneur, always an entrepreneur. I’m proud to say that by the end of this year we will have grown from just a few billboards to billboards in over 75 counties across Ohio and Indiana!

The beautiful part about planning is once you hit a goal, you reset, replan, and look to the future. In the last month, we have been busy creating a new three-year plan, and take it from me, it’s going to be amazing. It’s easy as business owners to work every day and not think about the future. Sometimes we have to put our heads down and work, but other times we need to sit, think, and plan. As we are nearing the end of the year I challenge you to work smart, think about your future entrepreneurial goals, and write them out.

Let us know if you are thinking about billboard advertising! Our coverage is expansive and we would love to work with you. Contact us today to learn more about the locations we offer!

Happy holidays and I’m excited to see your business growth in 2020!
